KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
The ITRT/NTM demonstrates:

• professional and personal characteristics necessary for working effectively with school personnel (adult and student learners), instructional staff, division leadership, and other members of the RCPS community;
• an ability to communicate well in verbal and written modes;
• an ability to deliver articulate presentations and appropriate, well-designed learning materials;
• a working knowledge of successful integration of technology in classroom instruction through instructional best practice;
• a growth mindset;
• strong time-management skills; and 
• motivation to work independently without direction for everyday duties and tasks within the scope of the job expectations and requirements.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Candidate must be a graduate of an accredited college or university and possess an appropriate license and/or endorsement for position as required by the Commonwealth of Virginia and School board. Successful experience in public education as a teacher is required.
